Financial Management Program (FMP)

Regardless of the size of the practice, most dentists’ goals are probably quite similar: improve profitability while providing quality care and maintaining great patient relationships. Yet if you own a smaller office, with perhaps just one doctor and one or two hygienists, the challenges that accompany that goal might be unique. In such an intimate office setting, talking about your goals – and what each team member needs to do – may feel uncomfortable. If you’re not confident as a leader, you might be worried about hurting someone’s feelings, or you might not have time set aside for monthly or quarterly meetings to actually focus on these issues.

That’s why we created the Financial Management Program (FMP). The FMP offers the same at-a-glance summary statistics and benchmarks along with a select group of summary charts and graphs to display trends over time in an easy-to-understand format that can be shared with team members. It’s a great tool for high-level monitoring to ensure the whole team is performing as planned.
