Co-founder

Shawn’s blend of dental practice acumen, valuable accounting skills, and software expertise makes her uniquely qualified to help clients interpret operational and financial results in order to make better business decisions. She brings more than 30 years of experience, including the past 13 focused exclusively on dental practices. Her ability to translate complex terminology into practical language allows clients to maximize the potential of their practice management and accounting systems.

Shawn is a trusted resource in both financial and practice software systems. She is a Certified QuickBooks® ProAdvisor and has utilized various practice software systems in designing key performance measures for dental offices.

Ken Mathys, CPA

Co-founder

Ken has more than 30 years of strategic, financial, and team leadership experience in a variety of positions and industries: the last 18 in the dental field. More specifically, he has direct hands-on experience in business start-ups, business transitions, organizational change management, and developing high-performing teams. Ken concentrates his efforts with clients in the areas of strategic business planning, high-level financial management, team leadership and transition support.
